How does the CompensationMaster Process work?
Our Process is a four step approach:
1. Needs
Identify company pain and unmet needs, determine what type of sales compensation data is collected and tracked, determine the need to improve.
2. financial
Collect and input financial data, normalize trends, identify opportunity for improvement.
3. Solve
Design sales compensation plan options, test plans against profitability goals and competitive offerings, review risk and opportunities, get company feedback and agreement to findings.
4. rollout
Provide management training, support roll out of plan, additional consulting.
